Please carefully read this Privacy Policy ( the “Policy”), which explains the categories of personal information that Answerly.AI. ("we" "us" or "our") collects when you (the “User” or “You”), as the user of our Answerly.AI through its mobile application (the “Application”), how that information is used, with whom it may be shared, and your privacy choices.·
1. Data Collection and Processing by Answerly.AI
When the User uses our application or service, Answerly.AI may collect and use personal data as follows:
Personal data collected
Answerly.AI collects the following categories of personal data, which may be collected from you, through the collection forms in the ordering process or other processes.
①Information you provide to us.
We may ask that you provide certain information to us when you order the Application or contact us through the Application for information or support. This information may include your email address, account name, or other personal identifier, order information, purchase token, the products you purchase, the date and amount of the order, expiration date, currency code, and country code;
②Information we automatically collect when you visit our Website.
This information may include your IP address (or other unique device identifier, including one that we may assign); certain details about your browser, operating system, and hardware; your location, if available; the URL that referred you to our Website; your activities on our Website, including your preferences; and other logging information, such as the date and time of your visit. ③Information we get from your use of our products.
We collect information about the products that you use and how you use them and your local device information, including but not limited to your device information (e.g. phone model and brand), operating system (system version, ID, and language), IP address, operating, log information (access time、usage time、click operation, crash reports).
④Third parties may use tracking technologies in connection with our Service, which may include the collection of information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites.
This Policy does not apply to these third-party technologies because we may not control them and we are not responsible for them. Do Not Track is a technology that enables users to opt out of tracking websites they do not visit. Currently, we do not monitor or take any action concerning Do Not Track technology.
2. Purpose and legal basis of the processing
Answerly.AI uses the information we collect about you for the following purposes:
(1) Identification and authentication: We use your data to verify you when you access your account (if available)for the Services.
(2) Operating our services: We use your data to provide our services, process and fulfill orders, provide customer support, and otherwise comply with our contractual obligations to you. We (and/or our third-party vendors) use your financial information to process purchases made by you.
(3) Communicating with you: We use your data when we communicate with you (e.g. when we respond to a customer support or other inquiry).
(4) Improving our services: We use your data to understand how our services are being used and how we can improve them. In general, we analyze aggregated data, rather than specific user data. We may, however, need to analyze a specific case to address a specific problem (e.g., a bug that affects only a few accounts).
(5) Marketing and advertising: We use your data to show you ads on third-party sites and to send you offers. We may also use your data to deliver third-party advertisements to you. This may include "targeted ads" based on your activities.

3. Sharing of Personal Information with Third Parties

Such companies include providers of payment processing services, server services providers, data analysis services providers, fraud monitoring and prevention providers, email delivery service providers, social media, and other marketing platforms and service providers. We use reasonable efforts to vet vendors for their privacy and data security practices. We require that such vendors agree to protect the data we share with them by this Policy. At the same time, we will clarify the privacy policy terms of this vendor f with you.
Specifically, Answerly.AI may use third-party tracking tools (such as Google Firebase Analytics) to track the information on how users use the products and websites, such information will be stored in third-party servers. Such third-party track tools may send the data analysis report to Answerly.AI for Answerly.AI’s above-mentioned purpose. These third-party tracking tools include but are not limited to the following;
Our partner Firebase SDK will collect the following information from you: IP address, Users' names, Email addresses, iOS UDIDs, Secure Android IDs, Passwords, Phone numbers, User agents, Instance IDs, Crash traces, Breakpad minidump formatted data (NDK crashes only), Device specs (iOS), The above information will be used to uniquely identify the user to provide statistics and data analysis services.
Answerly.AI may store the collected information on the servers leased from providers of third-party server services.
In addition, Answerly.AI may disclose the User’s data to third parties for the following reasons:
if Answerly.AI is under a duty to disclose or share such personal data to comply with any legal obligation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of its business, its customers, or others.
in response to official requests (e.g., court orders, subpoenas, search warrants, national security requests, etc.) ("Requests") that we receive from government authorities or parties to legal proceedings. We handle the user’s location Requests under the user’s location law. If the Request originates from a foreign jurisdiction, we will typically disclose information where we in good faith believe that disclosure is permitted by both jurisdictions. In all cases, we may raise or waive any legal objection or right available to us, at our sole discretion.
where we reasonably believe that someone's life is at risk. For example, if we become aware of a person threatening to commit suicide, we may share that person's data with appropriate entities that may have the ability to help.
in situations involving legal claims against us or one of our users. If you challenge such a notice, we may share your response with the complainant. with potential transaction partners, advisors, and others in the event our company is, in whole or part, acquired by a third party. In such a case, we will use reasonable efforts to require the acquiring entity to comply with this Privacy Policy.
4. Transfer of personal data
Your personal information may be stored on servers located in and may be accessed by Answerly.AI’s employees and contractors located in one or more countries outside of the country in which you reside。 And by using an Application, the Services, or the Site you consent to the transfer of your Info.
Membership Account Data: On our Sites and Apps, you can register for an account with your e-mail address and a password you create which you will automatically create an account for yourself, with this account, you can use to manage and update your Personal Data. When you choose to sign in to our Sites or Apps via your other social media accounts like your Facebook and Weibo, Twitter, WeChat, or email account name, we will process and access your other social network account. Please note that this privacy policy does not cover information that you submit on other websites or mobile apps, even if you sign in through Websites or mobile apps. For example, if you log in via your Facebook account, that information is governed by the privacy policies on that website and is not governed by this policy.
Content and User Interaction Data: On our Sites and Apps, we process information about your accounts and hashtags that you are connected to and how you interact with them across our service, such as the people you communicate with the most. We also process all content, communications created or shared content by you or your communication with other users like posts, circles, likes, comments, and media file sharing like photos, videos,s or text on our Sites or Apps; and vice versa on the communication of other users with you. If you choose to invite friends to use our service via (i) your contact information from your device, or (ii) if you were to log in via social network accounts to invite friends to use our services, we will have access to your address book (from your device) or your contact list (from your social network account).
Beauty 1:1 Data: On our Apps, we process audio recordings between you and a designated beauty consultant when using “1 on 1 Consultation” on our Apps.
Transaction Data: If you make any purchases on our Sites or Apps, we will process your contact and billing information, such as your name, address, and credit card information. You can view the exact information required in the form provided at the point of purchase. We will only use this data to complete your order, for billing purposes, and for internal accounting.
Customer Support Data: You can communicate with us by using the specified email address of our customer support team for requests for technical assistance, request information on the status of your order, or otherwise reach out to our customer support team. To respond to your request, we will process your contact data as well as the contents of your request. Once your request has been complied with, we will delete this data under our data retention period described below.
Beauty Product Try-out Data: On our Apps, we process information about the beauty products (like lip color, blushers, foundations you tried on, product try-out history, sequence, brands, and purchases (if any)
“Coin” Data: On our Apps, we process information relating to how you use “Coin” in general which includes account membership level and coin usage history when you engage in any activities on our Apps.
Survey Data: we strive to improve our services to you, from time to time we may conduct surveys concerning our services, features, or products on our Sites and Apps. Please note that any participation in our surveys is optional. However, if you respond to one of our surveys, you may provide us with personal information about you. Unless you otherwise consent, we will only use this information for specified purposes for which you will be duly notified.
Email/Direct Mail Data: unless you opt-in for this feature in our Sites or Apps, from time to time, we may interact with you directly by mail, email, or telephone to inform you about new services, features, products, or special offers that you told us you were interested in receiving (including our newsletters). However, we will not contact you with any commercial communications that are unrelated to our Sites and Apps unless you have given us your prior consent to receiving such information. When responding to one of these campaigns, you may have the option to provide us with personal information, which we will use for the purpose indicated.
Special Collaborative Programs with beauty brands: from time to time, we may collaborate with another beauty brand company to provide you with special campaigns, gifts, or invitations to beauty live shows with other collaboration partners ("Collaborative Program"). Our use of your Personal Data is limited to the specific Collaborative Program that you have joined or elected to join or participate and you will be informed of the specific purpose of use unless your otherwise consent, we will disclose the specific Personal Data you submit to us with and share with our collaboration partners for purposes correspond with the purpose as specified to you.
Business Contact or Sales Prospect Data (on Sites): If you are a business contact or sales prospect who has provided us your Personal Data, we will store your data in our database so that we can follow up on previous business conversations we've had with you, provide you additional information about our services and features which you are interested in. We may also share your Personal Data with sales representatives employed with our local affiliates to connect with you concerning any potential prospect of business opportunity we will have with you.
Sharing Personal Information with Third Parties.
We treat your Personal Data with care and confidentially and will only pass it on to third parties to the extent described below and not beyond. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade Personal Data with third parties for any promotional purposes. Where our affiliates, resellers, or service providers process Personal Data, they will do so solely on our instructions and have undertaken to comply with strict contractual requirements for the security of your data (including, but not limited to, complying with this Privacy Statement).
Public Content.
If you post content for public view on ManAqua Apps, we may distribute such content to a wider audience by sharing it (or portions of it) with third parties so that they can publish it on their own websites and media platforms. We may ask them to credit you as the source of these contributions by including your account name profile photo, and photo album (when sharing your post/content).Audio Recordings when using 1 on 1 Consultation (“Session”)
If you use a Session on ManAqua Apps, the audio recordings of your Session(s) with a designated beauty consultation will be shared with our related brand partners for service and quality improvement purposes.Third-Party Service Provider
Perfect transmits data to service providers that enable us to provide our Site and market, sell, payment process, and delivery. This includes the parties providing our third-party cookies and tracking tools, as well as parties providing us with services to assist us in processing transactions, including credit card transactions, handling shipping and processing of orders, providing customer support, managing customer relationships, hosting the Sites, collecting, storing, or removing your information, or performing statistical analysis, providing marketing assistance, investigating fraudulent activity, conducting customer surveys, technical and customer support, perform tracking and reporting functions, conduct quality assurance testing providing customer service, customer surveys, and other services in connection with the Site or Apps. We sometimes need to share your information with these companies for them to provide the applicable services.Third-party advertising.
Third parties serve some of the ads on ManAqua Apps. We do not send any individualized personal information about you to them, but they may have access to certain information that they obtain through cookies placed on your device or that you share with them yourself.When purchasing at our ManAqua Apps
ManAqua Apps acts as a gateway for you to make purchases online. In-app purchases for frames, and watermark/ad removal that are initiated from our ManAqua Apps are actually completed on the Apple App Store, Google Play, or any other mobile application stores; Whilst purchases of beauty or cosmetic brand products that are initiated from our ManAqua Apps are actually completed on Shopify (US region) or Asknet (remaining selected regions) (collectively known as “Shopping Cart Vendors”). To complete a purchase transaction, Shopping Cart Vendors must collect personal information from you, including your credit card number. We act as a platform for brands to feature their products on ManAqua Apps and we share aggregate information and data relating to users' responses and engagements to brand products from the most popular lip color, eyeshades, blushers, eyelashes of a particular brand that appeal most to users to an aggregate number of users try out a product from a particular brand.Public Authorities:
Although we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law, such as when we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order, or litigation or other legal process or action (whether or not initiated by Perfect) to protect Perfect's, our users or third parties' rights, property or safety. We will transmit data to public authorities such as law enforcement or tax authorities only in the case of a legal obligation to do so based on a request for information from the respective authority.
Personal Information Protection
We strive to protect the security of your information during transmission using, for instance, TSL software, which encrypts the information you input. You need to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your mobile device. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared mobile device.
Measurement of Advertising Effectiveness
To measure the effectiveness of the advertisement, we may install third-party modules in the smartphone versions of the Services.
Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not cater to minors. We strongly advise that this service caters to individuals who are 16 years and above, otherwise, we request a parental /guardian express consent for you to continue using our service or by writing to us at manaqua055@gmail.com. If via the notice, any user information relating to minors is on our record, we will deactivate the minor’s account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such information from our records.
Opt-out right
You may limit the advertisements appearing on the mobile app via your mobile device by adjusting the advertising settings on your Mobile Device.

How can you manage information about yourself?
We provide you with the ability to access, rectify, update, and erase your data on ManAqua Apps.
If you choose to delete your account, we delete things you have posted, such as your photos and status updates, and you won't be able to recover that information later. Information that others have shared about you isn't part of your account and won't be deleted. To delete your account at any time by under “Edit Profile Page” in our Sites and Apps, or if you want to port or download your data relating to your account, please email us at manaqua055@gmail.com for any other inquiries relating to your account information.
Time Frame for Keeping Data (Data Retention Period)
Data collected via User Apps Usage Data will be automatically deleted after two years from the date of receipt of data (except for messages which will be kept for two weeks from the date of sending). However, these data may be retained on a case-by-case determination that depends on things like the nature of the data, why it is collected and processed, and relevant legal or operational retention needs longer than two years.
How do we operate and transfer
We share information globally, both internally within Perfect and externally with our partners. Your information may, for example, be transferred or transmitted to, or stored and processed in the United States or other countries outside of where you live for the purposes as described in this policy. We rely on the European Commission’s guidelines and decisions about certain countries, as applicable for these data transfers to the United States and other countries.
